Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we have a limited return policy. Please review carefully before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final on Opened Products
RawDawg Protein products are food and dietary supplements. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any opened, used, or tampered products.
Returns for Unopened Products
We may accept returns only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be received by us within 21 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Returned items that show signs of use, damage, or broken seals will not be refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please contact us at info@rawdawgprotein.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, at no additional cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, RawDawg Protein is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly or ensuring delivery to a secure location.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and non-refundable:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without prior approval
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
