Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.

  • Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each delivery, unless you choose a prepaid option.
  • Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term.
  • You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date.
  • Subscription management links are included in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment.

  • We may collect full payment, partial payment, or store your payment method at checkout.
  • Your order will be fulfilled once the product becomes available.

Cancellation terms for pre-orders:

  • Pre-orders that have not yet been fulfilled may be canceled.
  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled, but you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
