Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.
- Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each delivery, unless you choose a prepaid option.
- Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term.
- You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date.
- Subscription management links are included in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment.
- We may collect full payment, partial payment, or store your payment method at checkout.
- Your order will be fulfilled once the product becomes available.
Cancellation terms for pre-orders:
- Pre-orders that have not yet been fulfilled may be canceled.
- Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled, but you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
