Thank you for shopping with RawDawg Protein. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (product launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be extended.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

United States

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after order processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.

Carrier selection is determined automatically and cannot be customized.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

RawDawg Protein is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Packages returned due to incomplete or invalid addresses

If a package is returned to us for these reasons, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, RawDawg Protein is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number. We will do our best to assist when possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rawdawgprotein.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers.
